Homemade Kahlua
Brew one full pot of strong coffee. Add 1/2 cup of chocolate syrup, stir, and bring to a boil. Slowly add 2 pounds of light brown sugar. Let mixture cool to room temperature. Add 8 tablespoons of vanilla extract. Add one bottle of vodka or everclear (clear grain alcohol) Can let age for one month!
